All complaints received will be dealt with expeditiously. An acknowledgement will be given to the complainant within 5 calendar days after receipt of a complaint. In case a substantive reply cannot be given within 20 calendar days, we shall inform the complainant of the progress of the investigation.
Underpaid mail items which are subject to surcharge by Hongkong Post will generally not be accepted by the Registration and Electoral Office (REO). For effective and timely delivery of your mail items to REO, please ensure that sufficient postage is paid before posting mail items.
