To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Registration and Electoral Office organises the Electoral Information Centre Open Days to enhance public understanding of the improved electoral system and celebrate the National Day with members of the public.
Apart from holding talks, mock polling, interactive games and showing exhibits, the Electoral Information Centre will also distribute the souvenirs of the Ballot Box Family in the Nation Day special edition during the Open Days, with an aim to enhance public recognition of the national identity and awareness of civic responsibilities, and convey the message of "Love our Country, Love Hong Kong, Love our Community".
The Electoral Information Centre specially features the National Day decorations, including posters, buntings, Ballot Box Family props, etc. to foster a festive ambience of the National Day.
