Replacement of Authorized Representatives
The governing authority of a corporate voter may replace its authorized representative (“AR”) from time to time. The new AR must be a registered geographical constituency (“GC”) elector (You may click here for GC elector requirement) and has substantial connection with the body, e.g. being a member, partner, officer or employee of the body.
- if he/she is subject to any disqualification from registration as an AR; or
- by more than one corporate voter.
How to replace an AR
Application form
- Complete the form below and send it to reach us not later than 14 days before the polling date for the Election Committee concerned.
- In special circumstances, such as death, serious illness, physical or mental incapacity of an AR, the replacement may be accepted not later than 3 working days before the polling date.
